搜狗输入法 (Sogou Input) is Tencent's free Chinese input method for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS, and voice typing is one of its core input modes alongside pinyin and handwriting. On mobile a long press on the space bar opens the voice panel; the Mac version added a hold-to-talk mode in 6.20 (March 2026) and can be started by double-tapping Option. The official feature page cites 11 Chinese dialects including Cantonese and Sichuanese, and release notes mention automatic punctuation, editing while speaking, Chinese-to-English voice translation and, on iOS, improved offline voice recognition. The app is free; the VIP subscription (CNY 31 per month, 79 per quarter, 258 per year) covers skins and fonts, not voice input.
