Willow Voice is a dictation app for macOS, Windows and iPhone. Press and hold a hotkey, speak, and formatted text appears in whatever app you are using, with filler words removed and punctuation fixed. It includes an auto-learning dictionary, saved-phrase shortcuts, 100+ languages and an offline mode that runs on the device.
